Medical Fade (2011) from US-based artist Kris Scheifele recently entered the Abstract Room Collection. “Kris Scheifele is one of these contemporary artists who takes to another level the researches initiated in the 1970s by groups such as Supports/Surfaces in France or artists like Ron Gorchov and Sam Gilliam in the US. We are very eager to show and advocate her supportless and delicate works here in Europe”, explains Frédéric Caillard, Abstract Room Artistic Director.
